Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, and access to relevant accounts (e.g. ad accounts, social pages, hosting) needed to deliver services. Delays caused by missing access or approvals may affect timelines.
Content, designs, and code created by SriiM for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. SriiM retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are agreed on a per-engagement basis and communicated directly, not fixed on this website.
To the extent permitted by law, SriiM's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
